On April 3, 2025, WATLOW who is global leader in thermal systems and technologies, marked an important chapter in its India operations with the inauguration of its new office in Bangalore. This event represented WATLOW’s ongoing investment in innovation, talent and expansion across global markets. To commemorate this milestone, WATLOW collaborated with Helios Event Productions to plan and deliver a refined, efficient and high-impact launch event tailored for over 500 attendees, including leadership teams, partners, media and employees.

The objective behind this is to create an event that embodied WATLOW’s global standards and brand identity while assuring a comfortable and engaging experience for guests. Helios was tasked with end-to-end event planning, production and on ground execution. From setting up the functional venue in an outdoor space to managing logistics and Audio and Video support, every element was curated to match WATLOW’s expectations for a high-calibre corporate launch.

Strategic Approach

From conceptualisation to execution, Helios Event Productions followed a collaborative approach, ensuring every detail aligned with WATLOW’s vision. The team prioritised venue transformation, guest experience and climate controlled comfort.

Venue Transformation with German Tent Structure
The highlight of the setup was the creation of a fully air conditioned hall using a German tent structure. It was designed to offer a authentic indoor experience in an outdoor setting, the temporary venue ensured complete insulation from heat and humidity. From modular flooring and hidden air ducts to soft ambient lighting and elegant layered curtains, we thoughtfully designed each & every detail to create warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
Guest Journey & Seating Design
We carefully planned the layout to ensure that nearly 500 guests could move around comfortably and effortlessly. From registration counters to seating arrangements was prepared to minimise wait times and maximise comfort. And the seating was structured in theatre style while ensuring clear visibility of the main stage and presentations.
Branding & Visual Identity
From the entrance arch and stage backdrop to digital screens and directional signage, every visual cue aligned with WATLOW’s identity. We used a sophisticated colour palette and clean design to keep the brand presence strong yet subtle.
Audio-Visual Setup & Stage Design
We set up a complete AV environment to support everything from keynote speeches and video presentations to live ceremonies. The main stage was equipped with a sleek LED wall, intelligent lighting and high quality sound systems. To ensure everything went off without a hitch, we ran technical rehearsals well in advance and fine-tuned transitions to perfection..
Hospitality & On-Ground Team
From valet service to guiding guests through the venue, our on-ground team made sure everyone felt attended to and at ease. We looked after catering, managed protocols and paid attention to even the smallest details. The thoughtfully curated menu, with a variety of refreshments and beverages, added warmth and care to the overall experience.
