The event, hosted at the prestigious Leela Palace in Chennai and the event was more than just a gathering but it was a heartfelt acknowledgment of the people who make GVW succeed across global operations.

Concept to Execution: The Helios Touch

Helios Event Productions adopted a 360 degree approach to conceptualise, plan and execute an immersive celebration that resonated deeply with GVW’s values. Their strategy focused on four key areas:

A Venue Worthy of the Occasion: The Leela Palace with its blend of grandeur and modern elegance, was handpicked for its capacity to accommodate 500+ attendees in a luxurious setting. The Helios team customised the space layout to facilitate smooth guest movement, efficient service, and natural congregation zones to encourage interaction.
A Mosaic of Unity: The emotional and visual core of the evening was M4G Wall (Momentum for Growth), a large-scale physical mosaic board designed to reflect GVW’s collective strength. Each and every employee was invited to contribute tile to the mosaic, making it a living, evolving installation that grew throughout the evening.
All of the employee experienced deep sense of belonging as they physically placed their contribution, an act that transformed into a symbolic commitment to the company’s momentum and mission. The wall became the most photographed element of the night, doubling as an interactive activity and a keepsake of collective pride.

Seamless Planning and Flawless Execution: Behind the glamour was meticulous coordination. Helios ensured:

Vendor and logistics alignment for audio-visuals, decor, and hospitality.

A musical performance added celebratory flair, and photo booths, especially those beside the M4G Wall were constantly a talk post event.
