On 5th June 2025, Global Value Web (GVW) who is leading provider of data driven and life sciences solutions, brought together around 500 employees for an unforgettable Annual Employee Celebration. The event, hosted at the prestigious Leela Palace in Chennai and the event was more than just a gathering but  it was a heartfelt acknowledgment of the people who make GVW succeed across global operations.

To bring this vision to life, Helios Event Productions was entrusted with the responsibility of end to end event execution. From earliest stages of conceptualisation to seamless management of every on ground detail, the Helios team worked with passion and precision. Our thoughtful curation of experiences from ambient decor and immersive installations to engaging activities and a showstopping centrepiece transformed GVW’s ideas into a vibrant reality.

Event Objectives

Global Value Web aimed to:

Concept to Execution: The Helios Touch

Helios Event Productions adopted a 360 degree approach to conceptualise, plan and execute an immersive celebration that resonated deeply with GVW’s values. Their strategy focused on four key areas:

1. A Venue Worthy of the Occasion: The Leela Palace with its blend of grandeur and modern elegance, was handpicked for its capacity to accommodate 500+ attendees in a luxurious setting. The Helios team customised the space layout to facilitate smooth guest movement, efficient service, and natural congregation zones to encourage interaction.

   
   

2. A Mosaic of Unity: The emotional and visual core of the evening was M4G Wall (Momentum for Growth), a large-scale physical mosaic board designed to reflect GVW’s collective strength. Each and every employee was invited to contribute tile to the mosaic, making it a living, evolving installation that grew throughout the evening.

   

All of the employee experienced deep sense of belonging as they physically placed their contribution, an act that transformed into a symbolic commitment to the company’s momentum and mission. The wall became the most photographed element of the night, doubling as an interactive activity and a keepsake of collective pride.

3. Seamless Planning and Flawless Execution: Behind the glamour was meticulous coordination. Helios ensured:

• A precise run-of-show timeline.
• Vendor and logistics alignment for audio-visuals, decor, and hospitality.
• Guest flow management from entry to seating, dining, and engagement zones.

An experienced ground crew operated in real time to troubleshoot and ensure seamless execution. Whether it was a sudden cue change or guest assistance, every aspect was handled with calm professionalism while delivering a stress-free, immersive experience for both the client and attendees.

4. Curated Employee Experiences: Entertainment and engagement were thoughtfully woven into the evening. Emcee-led segments, musical interludes, recognition moments, and interactive zones were crafted to appeal to a diverse audience. A musical performance added celebratory flair, and photo booths, especially those beside the M4G Wall were constantly a talk post event.

Dining arrangements included multi-cuisine offerings curated to suit global palettes, with elegant buffet styling and attentive service rounding out the hospitality experience.
